Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wigglesworth-Weider GmbH – operator of www.wigglesworth-weider.ch. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our online shop. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Contract Conclusion

  • Orders may be placed in German or English.
  • Clicking “Buy now” submits a binding purchase offer.
  • The contract is concluded upon shipping confirmation or delivery.
  • Minimum order age: 18 years.
  • We reserve the right to reject unusually large or commercial orders.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT (7.7%) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices outside Switzerland may exclude VAT at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct price errors before fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Switzerland and select international destinations.
  • Orders dispatch within 4–6 business days.
  • Delivery times are non-binding estimates.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to customer error may incur return fees.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)

Payment is due upon order confirmation. Prepayments must be made within 5 calendar days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts upon receipt of goods.

  • You must pay the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Exclusions: Custom-made products, unique pieces, sale items, or items returned without proper packaging.

7. Warranty & Returns

  • 2-year warranty for consumers in Switzerland/EU.
  • Handcrafted items may show natural variation; this is not a defect.
  • We may fulfill warranty claims by repair or replacement.
  • 1-year warranty limit for business customers.

8. Liability

  • We are liable only for death, personal injury, or gross negligence.
  • For minor negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

9. Customs & Import

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties.
  • You are responsible for compliance with local import laws.

10. Data Protection

  • We collect personal data only with your consent.
  • Your data will not be shared without permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
